If you have a Plastic Gift Card, it is swiped at the terminal used for debit and credit cards & it deducts the amount from the Gift Card. If you received an email with an e-Gift Card, print & present your All-Star e-Gift - OR - display your email/mobile phone at the Bowl Desk of any All-Star Entertainment center. It is entered into our terminal & it deducts the amount from the e-Gift Card.
Yes, you can register your All-Star card at any All-Star Bowling & Entertainment center near you. All you need is a name, last name, phone number or email.
You can use All-Star Gift Cards or e-Gifts to purchase food, beverages, Game cards (which are required to operate games), activities, attractions, merchandise, and taxes.

I If your card was registered under your name, we can transfer the remaining balance and points to a new card. And cancel the previous card. Any previous funds missing will not be transferred.
